Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations and longer processing times may occur during high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates and Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options will be added soon.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Luna Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lunabyrubi.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will review your case individually.
